TenTrix is the block puzzle at its most honest: a 10x10 grid, batches of shapes, and one merciless rule — no rotation. What you are dealt is what you place, exactly as it arrives, and that single constraint transforms casual tiling into genuine spatial planning. There is no timer and no falling pressure; every crisis on a TenTrix board is one you personally constructed three placements ago.
The rhythm is meditative until it is not: comfortable placements, tidy line clears, and then a batch of shapes arrives that your board cannot host, and the game quietly presents the bill for your earlier convenience. Managing space for the large pieces — especially the dreaded big square — is the perennial discipline. It is one of those rare puzzles where every loss is fully explicable and every improvement fully yours, which is exactly why one more game remains permanently persuasive.
Drag each of the offered blocks onto the grid — they place exactly as shown, with no rotation available. Complete any full row or column to clear it and reclaim the space.
The game ends when none of your current blocks fit anywhere. Survive by planning batches, not pieces: before placing anything, find homes for all three shapes, and protect large open rectangles for the big pieces that will inevitably arrive.
That is TenTrix's defining rule — it converts the game from reflex tiling into pure spatial planning, and it is why victories here feel earned.
Space debt: convenient early placements that fragment the board. The big pieces arrive eventually, and fragmented boards cannot host them.
None — think as long as you like. The pressure in TenTrix is entirely structural, which suits both relaxed sessions and deep planning play.
